Started the season out with 128 plants, 37 varieties. Lost some plants mostly do to pests and disease. Ended up with 50 different pepper types. I dehydrate everything and the 1st pic is my testers that I keep up stairs. Notice there are two rows behind of the last two years. The second pic is this years grind store. I call it the pepper bar. Its where I mix up the flakes/powder into condiment cups to gift away. Now I need to get busy tasting so I can mix according to heat levels.
