My family always ate meatloaf with gravy. I couldnt imagine it with ketchup. Yours looks pretty good though! Like out of of a magazine.

Meatloaf is one of my favorite things to smoke! My only recommendations are to find s good recipe and stick with it, and to mix some BBQ sauce in with the ketchup.
