Did you use Fuyu persimmons? How does it taste? How much sugar did you use per batch? I usually do 1 1/2 cups to 4 cups of prepared fruit for my other jams (haven’t tried persimmon yet).

While i was removing the jars one fell onto its side in the water bath, i got it back upright pretty quick but im probably gonna crack it open tomorrow morning anyway since i barely got any jam for my dedicated fridge jar.
