[Music] It’s super simple and just absolutely delicious. Go to your local fish monger um whoever sells these and then ask for tubes and tentacles. But I will tell you, we’re going to do a little bit of naughtiness and we’re going to put a little bit of parmesan into the filling. So um first thing we’re going to do is when you get the the calamar usually comes in tubes and tentacles. So, we’re going to actually chop up the tentacles cuz it’s going to be part of the filling. Just grilled calamari in general is just delicious. Now, here’s a little trick. Before we we stuff, what I like to do is, again, I’m a fan of the metal skewers.
