


I'm a bit late with posting the Thanksgiving turkey, but here it is. How did I do?
I went full Norman Rockwell mode by following Martha Stewart's cheesecloth method, soaking it in white wine, butter and herbs and placing it over the bird prior to roasting, basting over it every hour throughout.
The last photo of me in elf costume was imagined by AI, but the bird is all real! 😂
