    I enjoy smoking duck myself. Just got to dry it out a bit before smoking and prick the skin so it’s not overly greasy and the fat will leak out and crisp it nicely

    My husband has recently seen the light on how wonderful duck is due to one of his favorite sports bars serving duck poutine.
