


Coffee ganache macarons 🙂
This is my first batch of macs, maybe this year…? Last time I vividly remember making some was Nov of last year. I used to make them quite often for friends and family but I don’t know, guess life just got in the way.
Anyway, just wanted to post this as a sign to anyone – get back into it or try for your first time. I was actually worried that my almond flour had gone bad/oily but these guys turned out okay. They are a little flatter than I would like, but they have sturdy, smooth tops, came off the mat beautifully, and most importantly they taste amazing. Cheers!
