I’m getting more and more and more convinced that we’ve actually solved food pretty well – to the point where restaurants have to justify stupid experiences like this to get you in the doors.
Which, honestly, I love a little art in life and it’d be nice if we could all go back to the boomer era where you ate out like three times a week at a nice resturant. But damn, I don’t get paid enough for that.
I’ll gladly pass on most of these experiences in life to enjoy well made food at home for a fraction of the price.
