That’s easily the best chicken biscuit I’ve ever seen. I always get only egg and cheese. I tried chickfila’s chicken version but didn’t enjoy it at all. This actually looks so much crisper and I like that it’s already sliced. One way to elevate this is maybe replicate the Jalapeno Cheddar Biscuit from Waffle House but obviously done your way which is so much fresher. Overall, you absolutely nailed it 🫡

I love that the biscuit has that slightly uneven, homemade rise. It gives it way more character than a perfectly shaped one. It looks like it would melt a little the second you bite in.
