



- breakfast – miso soup with tofu, bok choi, and mushrooms. Side of persimmons and gen-ji-mai rice. I found instant dashi at the Japanese market. Game on!
- dinner – roasted purple carrots, bok choi, sweet potatoes and salmon with a gochujang sauce (gochujang + soy sauce + sesame oil – water), gen-ji-mai rice on the side
- breakfast – frittata with canned lentils, arugula, leftover veggies (peppers, squash, onions) and a black pepper cheddar. Side of yogurt and granola + lady alice apple.
- breakfast granola bowl with persimmons, pomegranate seeds, chia seed pudding with kefir, boiled eggs, and a cup of matcha
