Another day another Tabasco scorpion post around here. I find standard T to be a bit repulsive but this stuff is quite delicious. Not to say the standard offering is bad, I just find it much to vinegary for my tastes even for vinegar forward table sauces. This packs a good punch and the flavor profile of the scorpions really shines through.

Matouks makes a very nice scorpion sauce , very light, if any on the vinegar
