I transplanted my garden about a month ago and everything is growing very fast but my spinach is growing flat close to the soil and not reaching for the sun. Is there a way to fix this or should I keep it? I added a before and after of the whole garden

They look great making a fine rosette they will grow much bigger with time and cool temperatures. Plenty of water too. I’m a big fan of compost tea for leafy greens. Hot weather makes them bolt, which makes them look taller but ruins the flavor
That’s pretty normal for spinach in my case, especially if the temps have been on the warmer side. Mine always tend to stay low and flat unless it gets really cool. As long as the leaves look healthy you should be good!
