I love eating a lunch of mostly veggies and fruit. My dinners are usually heavier because my husband does most of the cooking, so I have to keep it light during the day. I cant believe this entire bag is only 380. I'm so full!

I do the same, except I add in grilled shrimp or chicken to up my protein intake.

Yeah, veggies are extremely low-calorie. But look at the label: **33g of fat = ~300 calories** by itself. That’s almost certainly from the dressing. If you cut the dressing amount in half and dilute it with water, you’d bring the whole container down to around **250 calories from 380**.
Or even better, if the dressing is separate, skip it and use a **low-fat or fat-free dressing**. There are plenty in supermarkets. You could literally eat **two of those salad bags for about 380 calories**. If you use a completely different dressing that is fat-free or low-fat.
**Volume eating is the real hack for fat loss.** Glad you found something you enjoy!
