So yesterday my daughter asked me if I ever opened up a cafe what would be that one dish that I would definitely put on the menu and I said m ka to which she said mama since it’s a cafe why not make something like ka pasta that sounded so interesting so we decided to cook this up at that very moment by we I mean I did all the work and she sat next to me yapping when she tried this recipe she said that this is fusion at its best. And when this is topped with cheese, this is the whole meal in itself. Give it a try now.

Here’s how you can make it too! ❤️
Boil 150gms Pasta in Water for 5-6 minutes.
Add salt and few drops of oil.
(Save 1 Cup for this Pasta Water to use later)
I have used Penne Pasta. Boiling time differs according to the type of pasta you are using.
After 5-7 minutes, immediately put the pasta into cold water to stop the cooking process.
Now on a pan,
Add 2 Tbsp Oil
1 Onion Chopped
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
-Cook this till raw smell of ginger and garlic goes away.
Now add 300gms Mutton Kheema (You can also use chicken kheema)
Salt
Puree of 4 tomatoes
2 Tbsp Pizza/Pasta Sauce
1 Tbsp Tandoori Masala
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Mixed Herbs
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
Cover and cook this for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
Now add,
Saved Pasta Water
1 Tsp Sugar
Boiled Pasta
Slices of cheese
Chopped Green Chillies
Cover and cook till cheese melts and this is ready to serve! ❤️
