Not my best work, but I was tired after work and I made sure to cook for my boyfriend, it’s like my wind down after a long ass day. I could have done better, maybe been more inventive with the food. I was born and raised in Raleigh N.C. so my best work is southern comfort food. We had steak, baked mac and cheese and broccoli yesterday. I make really good Jamaican food outside of southern food.
Salisbury steak with homemade gravy, over rice on the side asparagus. Topped with savory caramelized onions. I also made an apple cobbler for him for dessert, more of a southern thing. 💞

I just want to see how to plate food better, they say we eat with our eyes first and that’s true. Show me yall! I want my food to look better than the people on the show chopped!!
