Beef Tips & Gravy. (Costco beef tips)

So Costco has the best stew meat ever. I swear they're cut up steaks. Anyway I love making big batch recipes with their beef tips.

Here's my recipe for slow cooker beef tips and gravy. (Serve over noodles or rice). They turn out fall apart tender.

In your slow cooker: (low setting)
6 lbs. Costco stew meat.
1 stick of butter
Salt & pepper
1 pkg ranch seasoning mix
1 bay leaf.
1/2 c. Red cooking wine.

Cook on low 6 hours.
Add 2 pkg of beef gravy mix to your meat/ liquid. Stir in well and cook another 30 mins. Serve over noodles or rice.
