I moved my pepper plants inside a month or so ago (it stayed warm outside a lot longer than I thought it would), and they've been generally doing well.

However, over the past few days I've noticed these spots all over pretty much every plant, but I'm not sure what they are. I know that it's not an infection since they are on top of the leaves, buds, etc.

Is this just a metric crap ton of eggs? If so, what kind? I've only noticed a few bugs and have been spraying neem oil diligently.

There's no chance that this is pollen, right?

    Aphids. A ton of them

Ladybugs are very good at dealing with aphids. Manually hosing them off with water can help.

That is the rage bait of aphid infestations. I recommend a bit of neem oil on those plants. Actually, a lot of neem oil. Good luck

I thought this was a picture of some bud for a minute.

  5. I had an aphid problem on my peppers that were inside growing. I had a spray bottle with a little dawn and some vegetable oil, and it seems to have helped. I sprayed the plant a few times a week. Before I did this, I took them outside, trimmed the leaves, and used my air compressor to try to blow some off. Make sure you don’t have the pressure cranked up to high or you’ll be missing more leaves.

This is why I don’t grow peppers indoors.

You have an aphid farm sir.

Indoor peppers will almost always get them eventually imo. Just bring it outside and hose it down really well. Then do that several more times and every week until it can go outside.

I would just kill the plant and start over to risk spreading the aphids around
