New Upscale Mediterranean Grill Opens In Bucks County

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Azur, Bucks County’s newest upscale Mediterranean restaurant, has opened inside the Trolley Barn Public Market in Quakertown.

Owned by Sam and Cassie Guadalupe, Azur is the newest concept from the True Blue
Mediterranean Grill family, known for fresh, scratch-made Mediterranean cuisine and its
signature Lemonaize sauce. With a dedicated entrance inside The Trolley Barn, Azur brings
elevated dining, craft beverages, and warm hospitality to the heart of Quakertown.

Azur is the first and only full-service restaurant inside the Trolley Barn, offering guests a refined Mediterranean atmosphere featuring exposed brick, soft blue lighting, a modern bar, and a warm, intimate dining room. With its own private entrance, Azur will
operate Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. with the bar open until 10 p.m.
