Hello friends! Today I’m sharing a delicious and easy recipe just like my mom used to make! The famous pasta amatriciana with pancetta and tomato sauce is a very satisfying first course and incredibly quick to prepare. This pasta, a true comfort food, is always present on Italian tables! For me, it’s one of my favorite pasta dishes! It’s quick and easy to make with just a few simple ingredients. Try this tasty amatriciana and I’m sure you’ll love it!

Ingredients:
– 250 g (9 oz) of pasta
– 1 shallot
– 100 g (4 oz) of bacon
– 500 ml (2 cups) of tomato puree
– Pecorino romano cheese
– Parsley
– Salt, pepper, chili
– Olive oil

Hello and welcome! 100 g (4 oz) of bacon. From which country are you watching my channel? Cook until golden brown. 1 shallot. If you prefer you can blend with white wine. Brown for a few minutes. 500 ml (2 cups) of pulp or puree of tomato. Salt, pepper, chilli. Cook and withdraw for 10 minutes over low heat. Salt. 250 g (9 oz) of pasta. Pecorino Romano cheese. Parsley. Turn off the fire. Olive oil. Perfect.

  3. Solo guanciale . La pancetta non è contemplata per una vera "Amatriciana"
    Il guanciale proviene dalle guance del maiale mentre la pancetta dalla pancia . Grassi e sapori totalmente diversi . Queste ricette non devono essere alterate !
