Italian homemade almond cake.
Ingredients:
4 eggs (separated)
130g (2/3 cup, 4.5 oz) sugar
zest and juice of 1 large orange
120ml oil (1/2 cup)
350g (12.3 oz) ground almonds
Sprinkle with flaked almonds on a top.
Cook for 50-60 minutes at 180*C.
Cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
