This is almost definitely a misprint. It doesn’t really add up any way you slice it.
123g, about 40% is water, most of the rest is flour — might be enriched but the caloric difference would be negligible. That puts it around 75g of flour = 266 calories. Could be lower if less water baked out, could be higher if there’s still a lot in there.
