



Consists of: chocolate scotch bonnets, chocolate habaneros, chocolate primotalii, and a bit of salt, garlic powder and onion powder. I sliced and mostly deseeded the peppers and dehydrated them at 150° for about 8-9 hours before they went into the food processor.

I’d suggest upgrading to a spice / coffee grinder!
Sounds like a solid mix. It’s crazy how many dried peppers it takes to fill a jar!
