Use a puck screen, then knock into the sink. Flip the puck + screen over and straight into the compost bin.
Super easy cleanup and you don’t need another thing. A+++

Everyone talking about the plumbing, but I do this same thing and then just pick up the puck out of the sink and throw it in the trash so maybe it’s the same here. A knock box just seems like something to take up extra space, which I don’t personally have.
