I’m sorry you’re going through this and I hope your situation improves soon bud. You seem like you still have a positive outlook so keep that up!

Stupid of me to say but I wanna eat most of that food you got there 😅

  3. Getting one of those waffle machines with removable plates is awesome too! Hot sandwiches, eggs, and many other things when you swap out the plates. You can find them at goodwill

Honestly not bad at all! Id be happy to eat that too. When I was homeless I ate exclusively gas station snacks and mcdonalds😅

I mean hey, you have a car to stay dry/warm in and looks like you’re eating well. It could always be worse. Reminds me of when my family kicked me out. I lived out of my car for a long while till I figured things out.

Mi goreng is a lifesaver. Comes out great with a microwave.

Looks like you managed to swing some real food though! Fresh fruit and salmon spread and peanut butter, hell yeah. Clearly you are resilient. Sending good mojo to you

These look like really well balanced meals! I hope things get better for you soon, but in the meantime it seems like you are taking the best care of yourself that you can.

Get anything portable that can heat food. Any sort of toastie maker etc.

Having warm food after a long day will massively improve your mood.

Sorry for your situation. It must be stressful and difficult. Wishing you luck that youll find somewhere to call your own 🙂 my favourite meal was the crackers and smoked salmom dip. I would totally eat that.

Crackers and Tuna, PB and Apple? Those are great choices. Not shitty at all. 🙂

Hey, looks like you’re making sure you eat well enough even being in that situation and powering through. Nothing wrong with the spread imo, it looks pretty much like what you’d see in my hurricane prep box. I hope things take a better turn for you soon.

I eat like this and I’m not homeless. I think you’re doing well for not having a kitchen.

Sometimes we can’t escape circumstances, but it looks like you’re making good choices with what you have. I’m proud of you for staying positive.

If you know anyone in agriculture. And have an IQ in the double didgets. There’s lots of farmers who would rent you a room if you helped them keep up with chores/ clean the barn this winter. That’s my situation. I plow and keep the 20 acers looking spiffy. And I get the single wide out back. And if your afraid they will say no. They won’t. We are all doing 3 mens jobs in agriculture.

If you need more tips on how to make it look shitter but probably taste different feel free to visit the backpacking or backcountry subs and threads for shelf stable meals.

    Baby bells hold surprisingly well

PB&J, Mixed nuts, root veggies, beans, and (if I’m feeling luxurious) pork were my go-tos. Cheap, filling, yummy and varied enough to keep you happy 🙂 Best of luck friend! Hmu if you need someone to chat with or a helping hand

Sorry OP. Can I say for someone who is living out of their car, yours looks immaculate. Putting me to shame.
