Eh. Other than it looking like an AI photo, the concept isnβt bad. Depends on how good it is. Itβs overly plated, but Panna Cotta is a real dessert and I can see a vanilla panna cotta being good with blueberries.

Give me a crepe or something to mop that up with, and I won’t have an issue.

This takes all the enjoyment out of eating panna cotta

Bet that nothing of a thing cost like $50, too.

Why would you be upset? It’s too pretty?
Oystermeat
how you suppose to eat that shit?

Am I supposed to eat all of the mint leaves?

I don’t want to spend 60 bucks to lick a plate…

I think the taste would be good as long as the panna cotta was made well. The plating is what irks me since it would be difficult to eat. Are you supposed to eat it with a spoon or use a different food to scoop it up with? A crepe or something would work. Even a pancake is acceptable for me.
I would be upset if this only came with a spoon. Half the dessert would be smeared on the plate by the end. My only choice would be to lick the plate, but I donβt want to do that in public at least. Hey, maybe that is what they are going for lol. It would be great advertising to have your customers constantly licking their plates clean!
A tiny dessert like this is usually part of a many-course meal.

How much actual panna cotta volume do you get in this spiral? how much do you lose scraping it off the plate? it would serve them right if the diner just picked up the plate to lick it.

That’s what’s leftover on the plate *after* I eat my dessert.

And I would taste it before judging? Desserts like this are usually part of a prix fixe menu. Itβs a smattering of tiny portions like this that add up to a full meal.

Isnβt the wobble one of the best parts of panda cotta? I get a little peeved if Iβm either served one in a bowl where you canβt wobble it, just a little bit.

Where’s the panna cotta?
Pragnlz
Nah but whoever is with me better be ok with me licking the plate when Iβm done
wanjathestrong
Sure whatever, as long as this is not more than 2 bucks.
