
I’ve gone nuts for this spicy bowl I could eat it every day, it’s filling and contains good stuff. Plus it’s takes less than a minute to make.
I’ve estimated it at around 400cals
- Can sweet chill tuna – 120 cals
- Cup brown rice – 220 cals
- Cucumber – 10 cals
- Kimchi – 20 cals
- Greek yoghurt siracha dressing 30 cals
The dressing 60/40 high protein Greek yoghurt and siracha sauce, lime juice, paprika and garlic powder.

Yummy. What brand of kimchi tuna do you use? I’ve only tried a couple brands from Hmart but I never know which one is best !
