Ramen Tatsuya, why have you betrayed me 😭

Picked up Tatsuya for the first time in a while to have some nice tasty soup for a cold day… Ended up with a sadly underfilled bowl of very salty broth that was also somehow clearly separated 😭 y tho

I guess I'm looking for new recommendations for better ramen places north of the river! Tatsuya has made me too sad.
