COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – After nearly a year in the making, Columbia’s first open-air food hall is set to officially open to the public.

Gather Cola, located in the city’s BullStreet District, will hold a ribbon-cutting and grand opening at 10 a.m. Friday.

The space will house 10 eateries, including:

Bahn Sai – Thai and AsianBig Easy Seafood – CajunBull and Bread – sandwichesBessie’s Burgers and More – AmericanCoco Bowlz – Acai bowlsGyromania Grill Express – Greek Kiki’s Chicken and Waffles – soul foodLos Chicanos Jr. – MexicanSmoke It Up Express – barbecueMelt Cheesesteaks & More, sandwiches

Two beverage vendors, Session Taproom and Martinho, will also occupy the space.

In addition, three retail vendors are also coming, including vintage clothing shop Ageless SC, national dessert chain Crumbl Cookies and The Avenue Flower Pop-Up. The latter is slated to offer build-your-own floral arrangements.
