It looks like they used puff pastry for the base, but did a terrible job baking it. I can see the vision — it might have been a nice pizza-adjacent kind of croissant with some toppings on top. It’s clear that the product was too warm before they baked it, which cased the fat between the layers to melt and leak out. With the lacking toppings and awful distribution I think this should carry life in pizza prison, but possibility of parole with good baking practices.
