Now my season is nearly, officially over.

Bottling my fermented Habanero Hotsauce, marks the end of the season!

I love to use empty bottles i collected, CO2 neutral, i guess! 🙂

There will be an encore, because i have so many Aji Limo peppers left, that i'm going to do another batch of Hot Sauce.

    Nice did you use nobasco peppers? I just planted some seeds
