We made this tonight, too. Surprisingly better than I expected. I subbed romaine for the salad. Other than having to pick about 2 dozen pieces of BONE out of the ground beef, this was good.
I made this the other night and enjoyed it. I did sub in ranch dressing on the salad because I don‘t like oil and vinegar for dressing and I only used a little bit of the onion paste in the beef
