Followed Anthony Bourdains Beef Bourguignon recipe, used pork shoulder instead of beef because I'm poor. Also couldn't find a Pinot Noir near me so I used a $5 bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon I picked up at a gas station lol

Hands down the best thing I've ever made, and what's great about this recipe is you get to drink the wine that doesnt go in it

    I do something like this but throw some 5 spice powder in and it slaps super thoroughly.
