Chuck and eggs. Cast iron. Not too interesting, but I decided I'll post all my steaks on here for the next couple weeks and see what critiques I get. Cheers

    Is all that open yolk just from that one egg? What size eggs? Was you aiming for rare? The quality looks great. You might be down under, but you’re not backwards..🤝🍻

    I assume the chuck will be a lot less chewy when you slice it nice and thin. And you are slicing against the grain.

    Also, what is the sauce you put on the eggs?

    Interesting. Why don’t you see steak and eggs in Australia? This might sound weird but for some reason that feels like a meal that might be popular there 🤷‍♂️
