Hope this looks a little better than the chicken cheesesteak posted yesterday.
Had some shaved chicken in the freezer, hit it with some sp&gp then some sauteed onions & cooper sharp on a Liscio's seeded

Is it hot is there any cheese. Photos make it look cold and dry. If it’s hot wrap it in parchment and foil and let it steam together. That’s the photo we want the after cut in half joint.
