Just wanted to share my love of edamame salad, and ask if anyone knows a brand of precooked edamame that’s not high in sodium? I’ve been using the tjs brand but it has more salt then I would like

I make a bunch of versions of this salad for lunch. This makes 2 servings:
9oz edamame
2 springs of chopped mint
A few chopped leaves radicchio
Minced small shallot
Juice of half a lime
2 ounces of goat cheese
2 teaspoons olive oil
Black pepper

Looks good. Wish I could help. I use shelled edamame from a Canadian grocery brand. No salt added.

TJ’s typically has 2 edamame’s. One is frozen, one in produce. Have you checked the one you’re not getting to see sodium. Of course they aren’t always in stock.

Your salad looks so good. I have been meaning to eat more edamame but I find that I really like it best in salads, not in warm dishes. Since we’re heading into the winter, I’m not eating as many salads, but I will definitely throw edamame into the mix. I use frozen edamame, by the way (no salt added)

If you have a Kroger/one of their other branded stores nearby, Private Selection has frozen shelled edamame.
