Hi, I am thinking of trying out a double chocolate loaf too.
I wanted to ask if you add in the cocoa powder in the initial mix or later?
If you do autolyse, do you add the cocoa powder in the initial mix of autolyse, or added in with the starter and salt?
Thanks!

Never in my life has my dough been like this. My dough is never stretchy like this. It’s the biggest reason that I think I’m definitely doing a whole lot of somethings wrong somewhere.

I’m still trying to work out how he is manipulating this dough so easily without it sticking to every surface and his hands???

Nice! Love a chocolate loaf. I never bloomed my cocoa powder when I make mine so I will have to try that. Did you ever do it without the bloom and notice a difference?
