    I’m new to this myself so definitely do your own research and take this with a grain of salt.

    Based on my conversation with a nutritionist, if you don’t get the results you’re looking for, you might want to consider reducing the amount of potatoes, pasta, bread products that you’re consuming. I was told the potatoes were okay but to try to really limit how often I eat them and to look to substitute with something like smashed cauliflower.
