Such a cozy restaurant. The co-owner Ray is so kind (as is the rest of the staff) and talks through a bunch of the dishes. Everything was super tasty & flavorful, especially the taco & scallop:

  1. Breakfast taco w/ soy marinated egg, hasbrown, roe & uni
  2. Raw Hokkaido scallop over cauliflower purée
  3. Turnip cake w/ grilled langoustine
  4. Mushroom Cannelloni w/ white truffle (kinda like a lasagna)
  5. Short rib with blueberry & butternut squash pave
  6. Goat milk ice cream w/ honeycomb & caviar
  7. Carrot cake w/ sour cream ice cream (it was confirmed very sour)
