Hello, New to gardening. Decided to plant a tomato bush. Happy it started flowering and now fruiting. But when it started fruiting I realised I bought perhaps a black variety?
Can anyone tell me what it is? I have no idea how to care for it or when to pick it. Yes I am silly for planting something and immediately forgetting what I planted….

Looks very similar to the Cherokee purples we planted last year.
They look like midnight snack tomatoes. I grew one of them this year, and it was very productive. They’re starting to ripen when the bottom turns red.
They could be midnight snack or indigo rose. Both look pretty similar early on. Here are what indigo rose look like in various stages of their growth.

How big are they? The color looks similar to the Blue Indigos I grew this summer, but those are cherry tomatoes, and I think yours may be bigger.
Midnight snack or Cherry Drop. My favorite tomatoes!!
They look like my midnight snack. I had some volunteer this year that seemed to have crossbred with my orange cherry tomatoes and were even better.
