CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – I know we are in a busy time of year, but we still have to eat dinner and I am always looking for new, easy, healthy recipes and I have one to share with you today! My family loved this one, this is called Chicken Philly with a Garlic Aioli. Let me show you how it’s done!

Chicken breast are going to go into your slowcooker with salt, pepper and paprika. Add onions, peppers and garlic- this is our ode to the Philly sandwich. Cover with broth and let that cook about six hours on low then shred your chicken.

We’re going to whip up a quick garlic aioli. Fair warning you will want to make a double batch of this! Add the aioli to your hoagi, load it up with chicken, pepper and onion and then add your cheese. I like to broil it just a little and I’m telling you, this is so delicious!

You can find this recipe at Fareway.com and when you are looking at the recipe you can easily add all the ingredients to your online shopping cart- super quick and easy. Enjoy!
