    1 large tomato sliced
    10 cherry tomatoes halved
    1 tbsp olive oil
    3 cloves garlic minced
    ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
    ¼ tsp salt
    2 tbsp parsley chopped
    4 oz burrata

    Preheat the oven to 425 F.
    Combine oil, garlic, pepper and salt to a small dish.
    Add tomatoes to an oven safe container.
    Add oil between layers of tomatoes and the remaining over top.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Top with parsley and burrata.
    Mix well and serve with your favorite chip or pita. I love these pitettes from
