I canned this apple cider jelly 3 months ago. I planned to give it away as christmas gifts but I discovered this dark reddish brown stuff suspended in the jelly. Is it mold or something?

Cider isn’t filtered. It’s likely apple I’d say.

That’s my guess as well. Whenever I heat apple cider to spice it up, there’s floc on the top of the pot and sediment on the bottom of the jug. It’s definitely not clear like storebought apple juice.
