I keep like 5 of these things in my freezer at all times for those days when I'm feeling extra hungry. The fiber and protein can hold you over and they're super low calorie for the macros! They taste pretty ok too.

    I grab meals like this all the time and throw it over a whole bag of cauliflower rice. BIG OL HIGH VOLUME BOWL with plenty of fiber and potassium. Game changing. The bag of cauliflower rice usually only adds around 80-100 cals and leaves u feeling so much more full.
