    Is the medium rare? Cuz I ordered a steak medium last night and it looked exactly light this. Think it was undercooked 🤷

    This is undercooked. Did you cook straight from fridge? The heat didn’t even penetrate properly

    A little under, but still a great steak. Probably pulled it at 90-95 and it rested up to 100-105.
