Ingredients:
✔ 1 teaspoon instant dried yeast
✔ 1 tablespoon sugar
✔ 550ml room temperature water 💧
✔ 575g plain all purpose flour
✔ ½ teaspoon salt
✔ 2 tablespoons olive oil 🫒

Instructions:
✔ Mix everything together and leave it to rest for 30 minutes ⏱️
✔ Add the olive oil and rest for another 30 minutes
✔ Fold the dough and rest for 30 minutes
✔ Fold the dough again and rest for 30 minutes
✔ Fold the dough one more time and rest for 30 minutes
✔ Cut the bread and leave it to rest on the baking tray for 15 minutes
✔ Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes 🔥
✔ Add ½ cup of iced water to the oven tray while baking for best results 💦

Istruzioni:
✔ Mescola tutti gli ingredienti e lascia riposare per 30 minuti ⏱️
✔ Aggiungi l’olio d’oliva e lascia riposare per altri 30 minuti
✔ Fai una piega all’impasto e lascia riposare per 30 minuti
✔ Fai un’altra piega e lascia riposare per 30 minuti
✔ Fai un’ultima piega e lascia riposare per 30 minuti
✔ Taglia il pane e lascialo riposare sulla teglia per 15 minuti
✔ Cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 200°C per 20 minuti 🔥
✔ Aggiungi ½ tazza di acqua ghiacciata nella teglia del forno durante la cottura per ottenere il miglior risultato 💦

Ingredientes:
✔ 1 cucharadita de levadura
✔ 1 cucharada de azúcar
