I can tell after eating one that they are less starchy but still sweet.

    Oh the wide world of sweet potatoes! I keep buying the korean/japanese sweet potatoes and i bake a few at a time they’re a favorite for breakfast with some salt and pepper either reheated or room temp

    Okinawa Hawaiian purple sweet potatoes and the white flesh Japanese sweet potatoes are my favs. A standard orange one now just seems like a … no thanks.

    Once you have purple stokes sweet potatoes, or Hannah sweet potatoes, Hawaiian, ben yago, etc, you just can never go back to regular boring orange sweet potatoes

    Purple are my favourite but difficult to find in the UK, also very expensive here.

    Recently I made the forks over knives sweet potato pie, I recommend it! I think I used a little less lime and way less sweetener than they list, but it was so good!
