
Buttered sourdough, with mayo and Dijon mustard
Thick cut bacon with new England garlic pepper seasoning
Salted tomato – seasoning vegetables before putting them in the sandwich ups the flavor so much
Shredded slaw mix – a bit of mayo, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper mixed together. This is a huge flavor conduit and a combo I use on a ton of sandwiches (shredded leaf vegetable, mayo, a vinegar, seasoning)
Then pressed together for a bit.

I love beacon on a sandwich. It really lightens it up.
