Garlic and rosemary are my favorite aromatics, what are yours?

    Honestly, same. I like thyme and sage, as well, but garlic and rosemary are beautiful and so versatile.

    Question. When I cook my steak I end up smashing, unpeeling, and putting the garlics in the pan, but I’d rather not take the time to do that.

    What exactly are you doing with the garlic here? Do you leave it unpeeled and put it in there with the steak? I’m asking because I’d very much like to change my routine to whatever is happening here.

    I would rather just salt and pepper and enjoy the steak
