If you’re looking to make a reservation at one of Chicago’s steakhouses, make sure to consider Dēliz’s—the latest addition to the scene.
The neighborhood Italian spot recently opened in the former Etta space in Bucktown, and it quite lives up to the expectations.
Dēliz, which means “delicious” in Italian, occupies a two-story space designed to offer separate experiences that complement one another. The downstairs features a more classic and intimate environment with warm lighting and soft accents, making it ideal for an evening anchored by a first date or celebration. On the second floor, you can find a more relaxed space with TVs showing sports, lively music, and late-night service that extends into the wee hours on the weekend.

The menu combines Italian craft with Chicago soul; you’ll be greeted with wood-fired cooking, handcrafted pasta, and refined service. Premium Midwest steaks, limited-edition full-blood Australian Wagyu, coastal-inspired seafood, inventive wood-fired sides, and housemade pasta round out the menu.
The drinks feature Italian-inspired concoctions—such as a cannoli-infused Espresso Martini and an Italian Old Fashioned washed with toasted milk powder—alongside a wine list highlighting Italian and New World producers.
