    I’ve seen this and heard people swear by it. Haven’t tried it myself. How did it come out?

    Nice. I have yet to try it because I usually bottle my salsa, I feel like this is better for day-of salsa. It sounds really good though

    I made authentic chicken mole one time and it asked for all sorts of weird ingredients like peanuts almonds and a couple cut up fried tortillas. Looking back at it it’s ingredients for peanut butter and the tortillas were to probably help starch it up and thicken it i guess. Doesn’t seem that weird tbh. All goes down the same hatch 🤷🏻‍♂️

    So why add it? If you want it thicker, add another raw tomatillo
